Nobel Tower is a landmark 20-story residential development anchored within the White City master plan — Baku's transformative urban regeneration project on the former industrial "Black City" coastline. The broader master plan was shaped by global engineering firms WS Atkins and Foster + Partners, integrating Nobel Tower seamlessly into the sweeping new urban fabric along the Caspian waterfront.
